Account Registration and Security

Account Holder Obligations

Account Closure

You may request to close your bg365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC obligations. bg365 may retain certain account records as required for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes following account closure. Self-exclusion requests result in immediate account restriction and are processed as a priority by the support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• bg365 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank) once the transaction has been initiated by the player. Deposit confirmation times may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made in error or under fraudulent circumstances will be investigated. bg365 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation and to report suspected fraudulent transactions to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name and matching the method used to make the most recent deposit, unless bg365 support approves an alternative at its sole discretion.
• bg365 may require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Accounts that have not completed KYC will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing by bg365 is completed within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• bg365 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar month. Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Players must ensure that all rollover obligations are met prior to submitting a withdrawal request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bg365. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, associated funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failure, interruption of service, or connectivity issues beyond bg365's control; losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the Platform; or any damage to your device caused by accessing the Platform.

bg365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond the Platform's control (including third-party payment provider outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability. bg365 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

bg365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bg365 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through the bg365 customer support process. bg365 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.
